Project Administrator OR Business Process AdministratorInitially, a 3 Month contractAn initial short-term project administration role acting as the key support, helping to coordinate an ongoing large project as it ramps up. This role will be primarily working from home with some occasional office work.Working as part of a really engaging and flexible Digital team, this role will be crucial in ensuring consistency in communications and data management, specifically around Software Vendor engagement and onboarding.The duties of this project administration role will include:
- Support on workflow management, scheduling and resource administration for multiple project teams & external stakeholders
- Manage the project inbox, ensuring all information is up to date, and appropriate teams are updated
- Data input and management of key information, specifically around Software Vendors
- API Credentials and API Key Administration
- Responding to queries and escalating where needed
- Picking up ad-hoc tasks to support the Business Analyst and Product Manager
- Previous project administrative role is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- Strong Excel & data management skills
- Understanding of API Credentials and API keys, looking up and logging information
- Excellent attention to detail
