Our client is working on a significant delivery programme and is seeking a Project Delivery Assurance professional to join the team temporarily. This is a hands-on PMO role offering the chance to shape operational processes within the delivery assurance function, working closely with delivery leads and supporting teams across the organisation. Based on a day rate of £300, this is an ideal opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in driving quality and clarity across project delivery.
- Review delivery reports and RAID logs with a critical eye, challenging where needed and seeking clarity to improve quality
- Work collaboratively with delivery leads and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Take ownership of JIRA ticket updates and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation
Preferred Requirements
- Proven experience in a PMO or delivery assurance background
- Strong project support and project administration skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to investigate issues and drive change
- Comfortable working in a government or regulated environment, with experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency with JIRA and other project tracking tools
Preferred Qualifications
- PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience working on large-scale government or public sector delivery programmes
- Familiarity with delivery assurance frameworks and quality assurance methodologies
- Ability to obtain BPSS level checks
