Systems Consultant (Acturis)
Location: Remote - with Travel c50%

As a business Hedron Network are growing steadily with a team that's focused on delivering for their partner brokers and looking after each other.
This role is designed to assist with partner brokers with everything Acturis and Systems related to allow them to deliver more for their clients by increasing their systems capabilities and reducing the time it takes to go to market.
You'll be working closely with our partner brokers, providing training, consultancy and support across the Acturis platform and the associated IT solutions.
The day to day:
- Assisting partner brokers with the design, implementation and running of the Acturis platform
- Proactively managing a panel of existing partner brokers to ensure their systems work effectively and efficiently for them.
- Deliver engaging training on Acturis and the associated Hedron Network IT Solutions
- Assist with system improvements and automations to enhance efficiencies
- Build bespoke reports
- Assist the Business Development team with scoping potential new brokers and support their subsequent onboarding
- Working with the regional management team to achieve business objectives and support with the development of colleagues
- Proactively deal with any systems related issues to resolution
- Ensure all work undertaken is done so compliantly and in line with TCF and relevant regulatory requirements

About you:
- You'll already be an Acturis Super User and have a passion for improving and reviewing it's performance, coupled with prior experience of training and developing users of it.
- You should also be confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels and have a wider skill set that includes strong communication (written, verbal and video), presentation, influencing, stakeholder management and IT Skills.
- Be comfortable covering a range of locations as required by the business, our partner brokers range from Scotland to Cornwall and everywhere in between.
- You should be comfortable identifying potential issues as well as designing relevant solutions to them within a team focused environment
- Exposure to wider broking platforms is highly desirable (Open GI, SSP, Applied etc.)
- A full driving licence (not all our Partner Brokers offices are accessible via public transport)
