Remote / Home Based Role - Midlands / North of England
Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in Community Pharmacy or Healthcare software We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a dedicated territory of existing pharmacy customers.
This is a 100% remote / work-from-home role, ideally suited for candidates based in the Midlands or North of England.
The Role
Unlike many sales roles, this position is focused entirely on Account Management, not new business cold-calling. You will be the primary point of contact for an established customer base of independent pharmacies, ensuring they get the most out of their software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Renewals: Managing and securing contract renewals for your existing territory.
- Upselling: Identifying opportunities to introduce new software features and digital solutions to existing clients.
- Forecasting: Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Consultative Selling: Understanding pharmacy business needs and modeling effective tech solutions.
The Package
- Base Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 (Subject to experience)
- Commission: £5,000 OTE

What You’ll Need
To be successful, you must demonstrate a track record in sales or account management within the healthcare sector.
- Experience: Previous experience selling software, products, or services into Community Pharmacies is highly preferred.
- Alternative Background: We will also consider individuals who have sold other software/ solutions into a broader Healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a "customer-first" mentality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Education: Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
