Location: Hybrid, work from home, with two days per week from the company’s Chorley HQ in Lancashire (may consider a fully remote for exceptional applicants)
Are you an ambitious, commercially-minded marketer ready for more autonomy? We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to join a market-leading B2B Healthcare Software provider. In this role, you won’t just support—you’ll lead on key initiatives, taking ownership of campaigns, digital channels, and high-profile events.
The Role
This is a strategic and autonomous position designed for a self-starter Marketing Executive who balances creativity with analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Ownership: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, content) and develop compelling messaging.
- Digital & Content: Manage website updates, own the social media plan, and create engaging content including blogs, case studies, and videos.
- Lead Generation: Support the sales team by driving lead generation and optimizing customer journeys.
- Events & Coordination: Lead the delivery of trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
- Performance Tracking: Report on key marketing metrics and produce weekly market insight reports.
Key Attributes
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a B2B marketing (experience of working in the Healthcare sector would be highly desirable).
- Mindset: Strong commercial awareness with a "customer-first" attitude.
- Organization: Proven project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMS (HubSpot/WordPress) or Adobe Creative Suite is a significant plus.
- Creativity: Ability to film/edit video or innovate with new marketing tools.
