Remote Role: home based, residing in the Southern half of England
Salary: £45k–£50k Base (Negotiable) | OTE: £70k+ | Car Allowance: £5k + Benefits
We are seeking a successful Business Development Manager to drive new business for a leader in pharmacy software. You will target independent pharmacies and pharmacy chains, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that optimize healthcare delivery.
The Role:
New Business Focus: Identify and close revenue opportunities across a defined Southern half of UK territory.
Consultative Sales: Develop bespoke proposals and business cases for pharmacy stakeholders.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales forecast via CRM.
Strategic Growth: Use networking and social media to expand market share and brand presence.
Requirements:
Sales Track Record: 3+ years of B2B field sales experience (Essential).
Industry Expertise: Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sales (Essential).
Education: Degree-qualified or equivalent.
Skills: Strong negotiator, self-motivated, and capable of managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred: Background in SaaS or software sales into Pharmacies is desirable.
