We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to take the lead in driving revenue, managing our sales operations, and scaling our existing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business as it transitions from an established smaller enterprise into its next phase of significant expansion.
Key Details & Requirements:
Location: Remote role, but candidates must reside in the South / South East of England to allow for office attendance (c. twice per month).
Experience:
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a small team of SDRs and Sales Executives within a Software / SaaS business.
- Demonstrable success in selling to both SME and Corporate-sized businesses.
- Ideally, experience working for a smaller SaaS business during a period of rapid growth and scaling.
- Prior experience in Healthcare SaaS is desirable, but not essential.
The Role: You will be responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, achieving growth targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary c. £80-85K, OTE plus £25K (uncapped)
