Sales Director – UK (SaaS / HealthTech)
Hybrid / Remote Role with Travel (South of England desirable)
Base Salary £80-85K, plus £25K OTE
The Opportunity Lead and scale the UK commercial engine for a market-leading SaaS Homecare platform. Reporting to the Global CRO, you will own the national ARR strategy across SME, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Public Sector segments.
This is a high-impact, "player-coach" style leadership role designed for a data-driven strategist who thrives in high-growth environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership: Deliver UK new ARR targets and drive predictable pipeline growth.
- Multi-Segment Strategy: Execute tailored sales motions, from high-velocity SME deals to complex, long-cycle Public Sector tenders.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on consultative, value-based selling.
- Operational Excellence: Implement scalable processes and provide accurate forecasting to global leadership.
The Profile
- SaaS Leadership: 10+ years in B2B sales leadership within the tech/SaaS space.
- Market Versatility: Proven success selling into both private (SME/Enterprise) and public sectors (Frameworks/Tenders).
- Strategic & Hands-on: Comfortable switching between board-level strategy and closing complex deals.
- Sector Experience: Background in Healthcare, Public Services, or Regulated markets is highly preferred. Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments desirable.
