We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join a leading provider of an all-in-one software solution designed to help Care Homes and home care agencies enhance efficiency, improve compliance, and deliver exceptional care. The Role: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the home care sector. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. This is a home-based, remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients (home care agencies).
• Demonstrate the value of our software solution, showcasing its integrated management platform, carer app, and family portal.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B software sales, ideally within the health or social care sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the home care industry.

Salary:

• £35,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary, dependent on experience, with an uncapped commission structure.
