Remote / Home Based – England (Midlands or the North preferable)

Base Salary c. £50-60K, £5K Car Allowance, Good Commission Package, Pension

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client-Facing Software Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling our market-leading EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) compliance and sustainability software solutions. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence, identifying and closing new opportunities, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions that address their EHS and sustainability requirements.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and lead qualification through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and professional services teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About You:

  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a B2B software sales role, with a strong preference for experience selling EHS, sustainability, or compliance solutions.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of EHS, sustainability, and corporate compliance is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Science, Engineering).
