Hubspot Consultant

We’re recruiting a hands-on HubSpot Consultant to join a small organisation and remedy urgent HubSpot issues quickly, then stabilise and improve the platform so HubSpot management can be brought fully in-house.

This role is highly stakeholder-facing — you’ll work closely with Sales/Marketing/Service leaders to understand what’s broken, agree priorities, and deliver fixes that drive adoption.

What you’ll do

• Rapid troubleshooting and remediation across HubSpot
• Clean up configuration (pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions)
• Improve data quality, reporting and automation
• Support integrations and operational process alignment
• Create documentation and deliver a clear handover/training plan

What we’re looking for

• Strong, hands-on HubSpot build/config experience (Admin-level)
• Proven experience fixing messy setups and delivering quick wins
• Confident stakeholder engagement: workshops, requirements capture, training
• IT Ops / systems mindset is highly desirable
