Hubspot Consultant

We’re recruiting a hands-on HubSpot Consultant to join a small organisation and remedy urgent HubSpot issues quickly, then stabilise and improve the platform so HubSpot management can be brought fully in-house.

This role is highly stakeholder-facing — you’ll work closely with Sales/Marketing/Service leaders to understand what’s broken, agree priorities, and deliver fixes that drive adoption.

What you’ll do

Rapid troubleshooting and remediation across HubSpot
Clean up configuration (pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions)
Improve data quality, reporting and automation
Support integrations and operational process alignment
Create documentation and deliver a clear handover/training plan

What we’re looking for

Strong, hands-on HubSpot build/config experience (Admin-level)
Proven experience fixing messy setups and delivering quick wins
Confident stakeholder engagement: workshops, requirements capture, training
IT Ops / systems mindset is highly desirable
