We’re working with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a contract role (Inside IR35), leading the delivery and embedding of a new enterprise-wide internal system that will connect Sales, Technology, and the wider business.

This is a highly visible contract position, responsible for driving a complex change initiative across multiple functions, ensuring successful delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and long-term adoption across the organisation.

The Role

You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a major internal transformation programme, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure the system is delivered on time, embedded effectively, and delivers measurable business value.

This role is well suited to an experienced contractor who can quickly build credibility, bring structure to delivery, and operate confidently across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and embedding of a new internal system spanning Sales, Technology, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Manage complex project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between business and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting effective decision-making and driving engagement and adoption.
  • Maintain clear governance and reporting, providing accurate visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits.
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards, quality controls, and business readiness activities are in place.
  • Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement to ensure the programme delivers lasting organisational value.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes or projects in a contract capacity.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders across Sales, Technology, and Operations.
  • Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to bridge the gap between business needs and delivery teams.
  • Experience working in regulated or complex organisational environments is advantageous.
