Front Office Technology Auditor

A leading global bank is looking for a Front Office Technology Auditor (AVP) to join its Tech Internal Audit function. This role focuses on Global Markets and provides independent assurance over the technology, systems and information security controls that support trading and risk activities.

This is a great opportunity to work across complex Markets platforms, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and deepen your expertise in front office technology risk.

The role

• Deliver risk based audits across Markets technology including trading applications, pricing engines, connectivity, market data, infrastructure, cybersecurity and change management
• Assess the design and effectiveness of controls such as access management, resilience, data integrity and incident management
• Identify control gaps, raise issues and recommend improvements
• Work closely with colleagues across Technology and Global Markets to ensure comprehensive audit coverage
• Stay informed on regulatory expectations relating to technology and operational resilience

Your CV should show experience of

• Relevant technology qualifications such as CISA or CISSP
• Experience in Technology Audit, Technology Risk or IT control assurance
• Strong understanding of information security, IT general controls or systems architecture
• Good communication skills and a critical thinking mindset
• Financial services experience and awareness of regulatory requirements
