Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commissioning of Building Management System (BMS) installations, including HVAC, lighting control, and security system integrations.

• Verify that all BMS systems are installed, configured, and operating in accordance with project specifications, design drawings, and client requirements.

• Execute comprehensive testing, functional performance verification, and system validation to ensure compliance with industry standards, operational efficiency, and project objectives.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning issues, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors to implement effective corrective actions and achieve successful system handover.

Candidate profile:

• Proven experience commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS), with expertise in one or more of the following platforms: Trend, Tridium, Schneider Electric, or Siemens.

• Demonstrable experience within the BMS industry, particularly in commissioning and system integration roles.

• In-depth technical knowledge of BMS hardware, software, and components.

• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and project teams.

• Proficiency in commissioning tools, software applications, and system testing procedures.
