Non-contentious IP, IT, Privacy Associate - 2-5 years PQE - US law firm - London

The London office of this White Shoe US elite firm is now seeking a non-contentious associate with ideally 2-4 years PQE to practise across the range of IP, IT and Data Protection although existing expertise in all of these areas is NOT required.

The department handles a broad range of work from corporate (M&A/ PE) and other transactional work, to stand-alone IP/ Tech/ Data transactions and advisory work (including regulation advice).

As well a broad diet of work you should expect to work with a varied client base from financial sponsors, tech companies, large corporates with some emerging companies work.

You should have a genuine interest and both technical and legal background in IP, technology and data. You should have some experience in working on the IP, tech and data protection aspects of corporate transactions as well as having the capability to advise on these topics on a stand-alone basis. Experience in stand-alone agreements is useful, including TSAs.
