Typical UK Salary: £55,000 – £85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend APIs supporting all portal modules.

• Integrate with telecom APIs, SIP platforms, and webhook systems.

• Implement database schemas and optimise queries.

• Develop the tender module, supplier marketplace backend, and contract summarisation logic.

• Maintain API gateway routing and service-to-service communication.

• Work with DevOps on deployment and reliability.

Required Skills:

• Strong Node.js or Python backend development.

• Experience with RESTful API design.

• Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).

• Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs.

• Understanding of async workflows and queues.

• Familiarity with Docker and cloud hosting (AWS/Azure).
