Exciting Opportunity for Data and Ecommerce Specialist to join growing retail / ecommerce brand – fantastic studio environment in SW1, £55,000-£60,000

This is a great role for someone looking to work in a dynamic, creative environment. You will work closely with the brand’s Founder to oversee digital sales channels and to manage the website – you will join a growing team of 8 people plus seasonal / retail staff.

The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ prior experience in tech / data / ecommerce and an interest in joining a start-up / scale up brand / retail environment. The focus of the role is to manage the website / brand’s data and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience / journey.

Your role will involve:

• Data Analytics – oversee all ecommerce and marketing channel data, create and maintain trading dashboard, track sales metrics, identify trends to improve processes
• SEO – product listings, on-page optimisation, identifying opportunities
• Email performance and marking support – analyse campaign performance, implement automations and integration
• Logistics and inventory data – monitor stock levels, liaise with buyer / distributor, manage returns partner
• Website management and brand consistency – oversee Shopify site, refresh design and layout, carry out site audits and testing

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand and work closely with an ambitious, dynamic team. You will be given plenty of autonomy in the role and the Founder is keen to find someone who will offer creative ideas to improve processes. You must have experience in Shopify, Google Suite, Adobe CC, Gorgias, and email marketing platforms plus be confident using AI tools to improve outputs.
