Role Description
Builder Systems is currently seeking Commission-Based B2B Sales Partners to help introduce our automation systems to construction and service businesses.
This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable speaking with business owners and presenting solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Sales partners will be provided with targeted lead lists of construction and service businesses to contact. The role involves reaching out to these businesses, introducing the Builder Systems automation solution, qualifying interest and booking demo calls with our team.
Our internal team will handle the full system demonstration and technical walkthrough, allowing sales partners to focus on outreach, relationship building and generating qualified opportunities.
This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential, where successful sales partners can earn significant income by introducing businesses to high-value automation systems.
Typical deal value ranges from £2,500 – £4,000 per client, with commission paid on each successful sale.
With just a few deals per month sales partners can realistically earn £2,000 – £6,000+ per month in commission, with higher earning potential as sales activity increases.
Responsibilities
• Contact businesses from provided lead lists
• Introduce Builder Systems' automation solutions to business owners
• Qualify interest and identify potential opportunities
• Book demo calls with our team for interested prospects
• Build relationships with potential clients
• Follow up with prospects when needed
• Maintain basic records of outreach and conversations
Who should Apply for this role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales, high-ticket sales, or consultative selling
• Ability to confidently engage with business owners and decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, or automation solutions is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with the construction or trades industry is a plus but not required
