The Role
Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities within the healthcare fit-out and refurbishment market. This is a key role focused on developing relationships, securing new work, and strengthening the company's position within this specialist sector.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare fit-out and refurbishment sector

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients, consultants, architects, and key stakeholders

  • Managing the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation through to contract award

  • Working closely with pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids

  • Attending client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

  • Maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and providing accurate forecasts

  • Contributing to overall business growth strategy within the healthcare market

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Business Development Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development role within fit-out and refurbishment

  • Demonstrable experience working specifically within the healthcare sector

  • A strong network of contacts across healthcare clients, consultants, or frameworks

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • A commercially astute approach with the ability to identify profitable opportunities

  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a track record of winning work

  • A full UK driving licence
