Partnerships Manager – US Pingtree

Role Description
We are looking for a commercially aware Partnerships Manager to manage and develop affiliate and lender relationships across our US network. You will be judged on performance, not time spent online.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow affiliate and lender accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships
- Structure and support brokerage and tiered agreements
- Monitor performance and optimise yield
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Maintain disciplined pipeline and account processes
Qualifications
- Degree preferred
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within pingtree, affiliate network, performance marketing, fintech, insurance or financial services
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop strategic partnerships
- Commercial awareness and performance mindset
- Flexible to align with US hours when required
