Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Solutions Specialist based in the London, East Midlands or Hertfordshire Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Solutions Specialist will provide high-quality technical support, engage in troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex IT challenges. Key responsibilities include serving as the point of contact for technical issues, participating in the implementation of IT solutions, working with sales teams to understand client needs, and delivering expert insights on Microsoft and Apple ecosystems. The role demands proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships and support their technological growth.

Qualifications
- Competency in Troubleshooting and providing outstanding Technical Support
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and teams
- Experience in Information Technology systems and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to collaborate with sales teams effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach
- Experience in cybersecurity or working with MSPs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar are advantageous
