Business Analyst

Business Analyst London - 2 days a week on site Initial 6 months contract £350 per day - Inside IR35

• Provide business analysis support across projects and change initiatives.

• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to investigate operational issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the enhancement of business processes and IT systems.

• Support senior analysts or product owners on larger initiatives, or take ownership of end-to-end analysis for smaller-scale changes to existing services.

• Review, document, and assess change requests to support end users effectively.

• Gather, validate, and document information on existing systems and business processes.

• Analyse current ("as-is") business services and processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings to present findings, clarify issues, and capture detailed requirements.

• Produce high-quality business analysis deliverables, following organisational standards and using appropriate tools and documentation methods.

• Develop detailed "to-be" process models and requirements aligned with project deliverables, ensuring clear communication across teams.

• Collaborate closely with product teams to support the design, delivery, and testing phases of projects.

• Assist with defining and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for new or enhanced business processes and IT systems.

• Build and apply agile delivery skills and techniques to support continuous improvement and adaptive project delivery.
