Role: AI Adoption Manager

Location: City of London - 3-4 days p/w in office

Salary: up to £85,000 + bonus

A leading global financial advisory firm is seeking an AI Adoption Manager to drive the rollout, adoption, and ongoing engagement of AI tools across its investment banking division.

This is a high-impact role at the centre of how AI is being embedded into day-to-day banker workflows, helping shape how new tools are adopted, understood, and used across a global population of senior stakeholders.

A key focus will be driving engagement with their AI platform, ensuring successful rollout, strong adoption, and measurable behavioural change across the business.

What you’ll be doing 👇

🚀 Lead AI-focused change programmes across Global Advisory

🧠 Designing creative AI adoption strategies through communications & engagement strategies

🎤 Develop training, events, and materials for senior banking audiences

📊 Partner with product and data teams to track usage and refine rollout strategy

🌍 Engage and influence senior stakeholders across global teams

What you’ll need:

• Strong change management experience in global teams
• Experience leading AI transformation/adoption initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Confident delivering training and influencing senior audiences
