A leading sustainable e-commerce retailer are searching for a Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of a complex, fast-evolving IT estate and drive strategic technology transformation across their global operations.

The Infrastructure Managers responsibilities will be:

• Develop and deliver an IT strategy to enable business growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a lean, high-performing IT and Infrastructure team across multiple locations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure management including upgrading end-of-life firewalls, enhancing WiFi networks and improving overall network resilience.
• Implement automated remote patching processes and software/hardware inventory management.
• Manage third-party technology partners, vendors and service providers.
• Create effective processes for logging, prioritising and resolving support requests.

The Infrastructure Manager will be expected to have experience with:

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles in scaling businesses (200-1,000 FTE).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, service delivery and enterprise systems.
• Hands on experience with networking, firewalls, WiFi.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and third-party vendors.
• Exposure to both on-premise and cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Teams, Linux/Ubuntu).
• Track record of improving user experience through reliable, responsive IT support.
• Ability to deliver outcomes in a lean, fast-paced environment with limited resources.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
