Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across multiple teams
- Own and influence architectural decisions
- Drive improvements to performance, reliability, and CI/CD
- Work closely with Product and Data on technical roadmap planning
- Remain hands-on with code reviews, design, and problem solving
- Mentor engineers and support team leads
Tech Environment
- React, TypeScript
- Node.js, GraphQL

Team & Working Model
- Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on-site in London
- Company size: 60–70 people
- Product Engineering: 12 engineers across 3 squads
- Data Engineering: 5–6 engineers
Requirements
- Experience as a Lead Software Engineer , Lead Engineer, or Senior Engineer ready to step up
- Full-stack experience (front-end leaning preferred)
- Experience scaling modern web platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to £122,000
- 37 days holiday (25 days + 4 wellness days + bank holidays)
