PMO Analyst
PMO Analyst (Data & Tech) | 6 months | £500p/d Outside IR35
Are you an experienced PMO Analyst looking for a role where you sit right in the middle of product, engineering and data - helping complex delivery run smoothly? If so, this could be a great fit!

You’ll play a key part in how engineering work is planned and delivered, connecting the dots between squads, programmes, and wider business goals. Expect lots of visibility across data-led decision making, engineering delivery cycles, and cross-functional planning.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with product, engineering, and data teams to keep delivery on track
- Bringing structure and visibility to complex engineering roadmaps and initiatives
- Tracking dependencies, risks, and delivery flow across multiple squads
- Helping improve how work is planned, sequenced, and communicated across teams
- Supporting better decision-making through clear, real-time delivery insights
What they’re looking for:
- Background in PMO, delivery, or tech-focused environments
- Experience working with agile engineering teams and fast-moving delivery cycles
- Very comfortable with Jira and any exposure to Monday.com would be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of how software teams plan and ship work
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and delivery tooling
- Someone who enjoys solving complexity and making things run better
