Role: Principal Product Manager

Location: London, 3 days in-office

Rate: £700/day, outside IR35

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Principal Product Manager to join a fast-growing Series B start-up and lead the evolution of the platform, shaping the product vision and roadmap for scalability, automation, and orchestration. This will completely change how the platform works and you'll own delivery during a critical phase, including the first customer rollout in March 2026.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• As Principal Product Manager you will lead a dynamic team through a complex platform replatform (monolith to microservices)
• Work closely with engineers and designers to solve technical challenges and keep delivery on track
• Set priorities, define scope, and make decisions to move the product forward
• Operate in a fast-moving, high-impact environment

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

• Technical product manager with strong understanding of software/engineering
• Startup or high-growth experience – comfortable making decisions in ambiguity
• Hands-on, decisive, and collaborative communicator
• Experience with complex or integrated products is a plus
