📍 Remote-first business with ad hoc travel to Surrey
Are you a Product Manager who wants their work to matter in high-stakes, real-world situations? Do you enjoy owning a meaningful slice of a platform, staying close to customers and data, and making decisions that actually change outcomes for users on the ground?
If so, this could be the ideal next step for you.
As Product Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of a core area within a mission-led SaaS and devices platform. You’ll define clear outcomes, shape the roadmap and lead delivery across mobile, web and connected products. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution – spending time with users, working closely with engineering and using analytics and AI to spot problems early, test ideas quickly and keep raising the bar on product quality and impact.
What are they looking for?
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, taking digital products or services from problem definition through discovery, build and launch.
- Strong product judgement, with a track record of simplifying complex workflows and shipping intuitive experiences that move the needle on key metrics.
- Experience running ongoing discovery with customers and internal stakeholders, translating insight into defensible roadmap calls.
- Confidence using product analytics tools (e.g. Pendo or similar) to understand behaviour, measure impact and prioritise what comes next.
- Everyday use of AI and automation in your own workflow, and curiosity about how AI can be built into products to create smarter experiences.
- Close collaboration with engineering and QA, treating product, design and tech as one team focused on outcomes.
- Commercial awareness: exposure to pricing, packaging, positioning and go-to-market, and an understanding of how product decisions affect revenue and adoption.
What’s in it for you?
- The chance to work on a genuinely mission-led product where your decisions have tangible impact on people’s safety and wellbeing.
- Real ownership over a critical product area, with trust to make the calls on roadmap, scope and prioritisation.
- A business investing in product and engineering, with modern tooling, supportive cross-functional partners and a team that cares about shipping meaningful work.
This is a great opportunity for a SaaS Product Manager who wants more than just feature delivery – someone ready to own outcomes in a domain where the product truly matters.
