Role: Senior / Lead Product Managers
Location: London - 1-2 days p/w
Salary: up to £110,000 + bonus + equity
We’re partnered with one of the UK’s most exciting high-growth B2C business as they continue a major evolution in how product teams operate, build and ship.
They’re looking for a strong B2C Senior / Lead Product Managers who combine excellent customer/product instincts with a modern, AI-enabled way of working.
They want PMs who:
- use AI tools day-to-day
- prototype ideas quickly
- think like builders
- move fast through ambiguity
- are excited by how AI changes product development itself
You’ll work on core customer journeys and experiences used at scale, helping shape how millions of insurance interactions evolve over the coming years.
⚡ What you’ll be doing
- Owning high-impact consumer product areas end-to-end
- Build and ship AI-powered features
- Using AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, product thinking and delivery
- Running experiments, testing ideas quickly and iterating fast
- Helping embed more AI-native ways of working across the product organisation
