We're partnered with a fast-growing, technology-driven scale-up on a mission to revolutionise personalised health and personal care. Having delivered millions of personalised treatments across a growing multi-brand ecosystem, they've built a proprietary stack that powers everything from their e-commerce engine through to in-house manufacturing. End-to-end technology business.
Having recently closed a significant Series B funding round, supported by leading DTC founders, they're scaling their technology function. These are Fullstack, Product oriented, high-leverage Senior engineering hires.
They treat agentic tools like Claude Code and Cursor as a standard part of a modern, high-velocity workflow. They value shipped impact over hours spent typing. Engineers here are given the autonomy and tooling to focus on the hard problems: scale, experimentation and architecture.
What will you be doing:
- Direct agentic workflows using tools like Claude Code and Cursor to navigate, plan, refactor and ship features across a Python/React stack
- Architect and deploy end-to-end features, from backend logic and database schemas to modern frontend experiences
- Contribute to scalable architecture, experimentation platforms and engineering best practices
- Help define "AI-native" development standards and mentor engineers within the team on high-velocity delivery
