📍 Location: High Wycombe (1 day/week in the office)
💷 Salary: up to £90,000 + 20% bonus + car allowance
A major sustainability-focused organisation is investing heavily in the transformation of its Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain landscape.
Following a recent enterprise ERP rollout, they are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next phase of transformation across core finance and operational systems. This role sits at the intersection of business change, technology, and product strategy, working closely with Finance and operational leadership to improve processes, prioritise investment, and drive long-term platform value.
This is not a delivery-only role. They need someone who can operate strategically within a live enterprise environment, bringing structure to roadmap ownership, prioritisation, governance, and stakeholder alignment across a complex organisation.
You’ll work closely with senior Finance stakeholders, functional consultants, technology teams, and external partners to evolve the platform and support broader transformation initiatives across the business.
🔎 Who they’re looking for:
- Experience as a Product Manager
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise finance systems / ERP transformation initiatives
- Strong background working with Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain stakeholders
- Experience shaping roadmaps, prioritisation and platform evolution in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to bridge business and technology
