Role: Senior Product Manager – Credit Cards

Salary: £80,000–£120,000 + equity

Location: Central London - ideally 1-3 times per week in the office but can be flexible on this

We’re working with a fast-growing FinTech that’s building its first credit card product for small businesses. They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a brand new team, giving you the chance to shape the product from day one, design robust systems, and lead the end-to-end payments experience.

As Senior Product Manager you’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and finance, owning transaction flows, authorisation, settlements, and system integrations - while helping define long-term technical architecture for the card product.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience managing credit card or payments products, including transaction flows &processing
• Comfortable translating complex business rules into clear product requirements
• Hands-on understanding of technical integrations and system flows
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, finance, and risk teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
