Role: Data Product Manager

Location: London - can be largely remote or 1-2 days a week in the office for those local

Salary: up to £110,000 + 20% bonus

I’m working with a fast-paced loyalty and rewards business operating like a startup within a much larger global consumer ecosystem.

They’re building out a brand-new Data Product function and are hiring a Data Product Manager to own the core commercial data products that underpin the business.

💡 Data Product Manager - The role

• Own key data products across member, identity, transactions, pricing, partner, financial and marketing data
• Create trusted, reusable data products used across analytics, decisioning and customer experiences
• Work on major strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives, translating ambiguous partner requirements into scalable data capabilities
• Bring stronger product thinking and prioritisation to analytics and self-service data
• Work closely with engineering, analytics and senior commercial stakeholders
• Protect core data definitions and standards, balancing short-term demand with long-term reuse

🎯Who they’re looking for

• Strong Data Product Management experience
• Experience owning customer, commercial, transactional or financial data products
• Comfortable working across engineering, analytics and business teams
• Strong senior stakeholder management and commercial judgement
• Experience with external partnerships or commercial data-sharing is a big plus
• Comfortable making decisions and saying no in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

It’s a newly forming team, so there’s real opportunity to shape how data products are built and used across a large customer and partner ecosystem.
