We're working with a remote-first UK tech company operating in the referral and word-of-mouth space, helping some of the world's most recognisable brands grow through genuine customer advocacy rather than paid acquisition. Their platform sits at the intersection of product, data, and trust - turning recommendations into a meaningful growth engine.

They're now hiring a Software Engineer to play a key role in a company-wide shift toward product-led growth, building software that directly shapes how customers discover, adopt, and extract value from the product.

This Software Engineer role is built for people who value flexibility and autonomy. Engineers here have real ownership, a strong voice in technical decisions, and the space to do thoughtful, high-impact work.

Responsibilities for a Software Engineer

• Build and ship product-led growth tools used by leading consumer brands
• Work mainly with TypeScript, Next.js, and the React ecosystem
• Take loosely defined problems and move fast from idea to production
• Run rapid experiments - ideas on Monday, live by Wednesday attitude
• Work across the stack when needed (frontend, backend, AWS, infra)
• Regularly demo live features to the wider company

Requirements

• 3-5 years as a Software Engineer
• Full-stack experience across Next, TypeScript and React
• Comfortable in ambiguity, pace, and change
• Bias toward shipping and learning over perfection
• Low ego, curious, and happy to challenge ideas
• Willing to consume some legacy PHP (but not live in it)
