Technical Support Engineer
IT Support Engineer | £50,000 + 10% Bonus | 3/4 Days per Week - London
Here at Burns Sheehan we are working exclusively with the highest-rated specialised Private Offices / Shared Workspace company in the industry for the hire of a new IT Support Engineer.
Currently holding around 15 locations across the UK & Europe and are looking they are looking to triple in size over the next few years. As a result they're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the team in London to help own IT services.
This isn’t a high-volume ticket environment but BAU is required. Instead, the focus is on keeping sites running smoothly, improving systems, and supporting new site rollouts across Europe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Troubleshooting networking issues across LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls
- Supporting users across multiple locations, covering 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line issues across Mac, Windows, and MDM devices (Kandji / JumpCloud)
- Managing SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Salesforce
- Owning onboarding/offboarding processes and device lifecycle management
- Supporting AV and meeting room setups (Zoom Rooms, conferencing tech, etc.)
- Working on projects such as new site setups, system rollouts, and process improvements
- Partnering with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Some travel to European sites when needed
Requirements:
- 1st, 2nd and some 3rd Line Support for internal Infrastructure
- Google Workspace knowledge as well as experience with Slack & Zoom (preferable)
- Experience working with Communication, AV Systems, Printing Services, Networking
- Coordinating with third-party vendors
- Excellent communication skills and service skills
