This growing local organisation who have been established for many years are currently seeking a confident and enthusiastic Business Data Analyst to join their team and contribute towards their ongoing success.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing quality analytic reports to enable the improvement of service provided to customers
- Producing reliable and accurate information to tight timescales for the management team
- Collecting, manipulating and analysing data to meet corporate information requirements
- Producing reports in various formats, excel spreadsheets, graphs and charts etc. on a weekly basis
- Identifying opportunities to improve general quality of service being provided currently
- Investigating data discrepancies and validating and quality checking data used in compiling reports
