Product Manager
We're retained by a fast-scaling, consumer-facing business in Blackpool to appoint a Senior Product Manager with a strong record of owning and delivering ecommerce product features end to end.
This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for taking validated initiatives from scoping through to delivery and measurable commercial impact — features such as points rewards programmes, recommendation engines, personalisation, and gamification mechanics. CRO sits with another function. This role is accountable for product design and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of product initiatives within a defined scope, from discovery through to live performance monitoring
- Working closely with analytics to identify and address friction within key customer funnels
- Building and configuring features accurately within CMS, including pricing rules, ticket packs, and feature flags
- Designing and executing experiments, interpreting results, and translating findings into iteration plans
- Owning pre-launch quality assurance and maintaining repeatable SOPs and release checklists
- Contributing data-led insight and delivery forecasts to roadmap planning
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years delivering digital product initiatives end-to-end in a B2C environment
- Demonstrable ownership of ecommerce product features - loyalty mechanics, personalisation, recommendation systems, gamification, or equivalent
- Commercial track record with evidence of improving conversion, retention, or revenue metrics
- Data fluency across funnels, cohorts, and SQL-backed dashboards (BigQuery, Metabase, or equivalent)
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and translating results into structured iteration plans
- Familiarity with GA4, attribution modelling, or lifecycle marketing measurement
- Experience with CMS-driven product configuration is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to work effectively with external development partners
- Understanding of compliance-aware product design principles
The role:
This is a fully office-based position in Blackpool. The business operates at pace within a founder-led structure. Decision-making is fast, ownership is genuine, and commercial impact is directly visible. Candidates accustomed to large matrix organisations may find the pace and operating model an adjustment.
Basic salary up to £70,000 depending on experience, with an additional monthly bonus structure of up to 30%.
