About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Partner delivering innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions across a diverse customer base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, leading CRM implementation projects from discovery through to go-live, while helping shape best practice across the wider consultancy team.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM solutions, leading workshops, mentoring consultants, supporting pre-sales activities and ensuring customers maximise the value of their Microsoft investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects.
  • Facilitate customer discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
  • Design scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing solutions.
  • Produce solution designs and functional documentation.
  • Deliver customer demonstrations, workshops and user training.
  • Work closely with technical consultants throughout project delivery.
  • Manage project scope, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Design CRM security models, workflows, automations and business processes.
  • Deliver integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other business applications.
  • Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, scoping and Statements of Work.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to developing best practice across the consultancy.
  • Create reusable implementation templates, playbooks and delivery standards.
Skills & Experience Essential
  • Commercial experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Full lifecycle CRM implementation experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and consultancy skills.
  • Experience producing solution documentation and functional specifications.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions.
  • Experience delivering customer training and demonstrations.
  • Microsoft AI and Copilot knowledge.
Desirable
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-600 or equivalent).
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Business Central.
  • Power BI knowledge.
  • Azure integration experience.
  • Pre-sales consultancy experience.
  • Previous experience mentoring consultants.
  • Microsoft Partner experience.
