I’m working with a leading international consultancy that is looking to appoint a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Managed Application Services Director to join and help develop its growing Microsoft practice.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong Dynamics 365 delivery experience with commercial, client and people leadership.
You’ll take responsibility across Managed Application Services, working with enterprise clients while helping drive the continued growth and development of the practice.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Leading D365 Managed Application Services engagements
- Driving business development from initial client conversations through proposals and deal closure
- Developing and managing senior client relationships
- Leading technical delivery and ensuring SLAs and service standards are achieved
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing D365 talent
- Supporting practice growth, sales enablement and service development
- Managing teams, projects and commercial responsibilities
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience within ERP/technology consulting
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics implementation and ongoing support/managed services experience
- Experience across Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and/or CE/CRM
- Knowledge of the Power Platform would be advantageous
- 5+ years’ leadership/project management experience
- Strong commercial and business development capability
- Experience developing relationships at executive level
- A combination of technical understanding, delivery leadership and commercial awareness
This would suit an established Director, Practice Lead, Managed Services Leader or senior D365 Consulting Leader looking for a high-impact position within a sizeable Microsoft environment.
The role will involve travel and offers the opportunity to influence both client strategy and the future direction of the D365 managed services offering.
