A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner specialising in ERP transformation is seeking a driven and experienced New Business Sales Consultant to expand its footprint across Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established consultancy with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations (F&O), and a reputation for delivering impactful digital solutions to the private and public sectors.

About the Role:

This is a strategic new business development role, ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in Microsoft ERP sales. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle—identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities—while collaborating with a highly skilled pre-sales and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations ERP solutions.
  • Build a robust pipeline across sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and the public sector.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements that align ERP capabilities with client business objectives.
  • Engage prospects through targeted outreach, events, and referrals, supported by internal marketing resources.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Represent the company as a trusted Microsoft partner, staying informed on the latest developments in the Dynamics 365 suite.

About You:

  • Proven experience in new business solution sales, ideally in the ERP or Microsoft Dynamics space.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Finance & Operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative, client-focused approach.
  • Based in Northern Ireland, with the ability to travel for client meetings and events across Northern Ireland and wider UK as needed.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner or ERP consultancy.
  • Exposure to sectors such as distribution, manufacturing, agri-food, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with tendering and public sector procurement processes is an advantage.
