What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for IT support across our clubs, digital teams, and support centre, you’ll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. You’ll be resolving issues, supporting users, and helping us deliver a seamless experience for our colleagues and customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing 1st Line IT support via phone, email, and in person
- Logging and managing incidents using our ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues—or escalating when needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet IT needs
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who’s:
- Customer-focused with great communication skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in IT support (bonus points for ITIL knowledge!)
- Tech skills that’ll help you shine:
- Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows Server
- Desktop support (laptops, desktops, tills)
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Incident management and troubleshooting
- Nice to have:
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
- MCP Certification
