Full Stack Engineer
Java FSD Role:
Location:both Glasgow and Bournemouth , 5 days onsite is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications
- Deliver secure, stable, and scalable solutions across various business and technical domains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Take ownership of projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Required Qualification
- Core Java & Functional Programmi ng: Minimum 5 years of experience with strong understanding of functional programming concept
- Spring Ecosyst em: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Spring, Spring REST, Spring Boot, and J
- Kubernet es: Minimum 2 years of experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes
- Front-End Technologi es: Working knowledge of Angular and React UI frameworks (2+ year
- Testi ng: Deep expertise in JUnit and integration testing (5+ year
- S QL: Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries (3+ year
- Agile Methodologi es: Solid understanding of Agile practices and principle
- CI/ CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipeline
- Design Principl es: Strong grasp of software design principles and patter
Preferred
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Gxp)
- Familiarity with Kafka, MQ, or other streaming service
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Co-pilot
