The London office of one of our leading international law firm clients is continuing to invest in the growth of its market-leading Venture Capital practice and is now seeking to hire two outstanding Corporate Solicitors with circa 3–5 PQE.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the world’s premier venture capital and high-growth law firms operating in key growth sector including technology. The team regularly advises founders, scale-ups and investors at the forefront of innovation.
The team acts on many of the most high-profile venture financings in the market, advising leading venture capital funds, growth investors and disruptive technology businesses across sectors including fintech, AI, software, digital infrastructure and life sciences.
The successful candidates will ideally have:
- 3–5 years’ PQE gained at a leading UK or US law firm
- Strong experience advising on venture capital transactions, growth investments and emerging companies work
- Alternatively, candidates with more limited VC exposure but excellent corporate technical ability and a genuine interest in the venture ecosystem will also be considered
- Strong academics and drafting skills
- A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset and an enthusiasm for working with innovative clients
