ByteSearch is a search firm focused on connecting the brightest minds in engineering and AI with the world’s most ambitious and innovative companies. We partner with the world’s most ambitious startups, from stealth AI ventures to VC-backed scaleups.

We’re now hiring our first internal hire — a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant — to help scale delivery, win new clients, and shape the future of ByteSearch.

You’ll work directly with the founder, owning high-impact roles from day one and leading both business development and delivery. This is a rare chance to join at ground level and help build a category-defining search firm.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring for some of the most exciting AI and deep tech teams in the world
• Win and grow new business across startups, scaleups, and the wider tech landscape
• Headhunt elite talent via LinkedIn, your network, and creative sourcing – We are looking for the top 0.1%
• Deliver world-class candidate experience that drives long-term loyalty and referrals
• Grow into a deep tech specialist, hiring across software, data, AI/ML, and leadership roles
