The mission

We are expanding our channel partner network to reach new customers, unlock new routes to market, and extend the reach of our solutions. We need someone who can identify the right partners, bring them on board, and help them succeed quickly with Bytes.

This is about momentum, not admin. Relationships first. Outcomes always.

What you will deliver in your first 6–12 months

  • Sign and onboard new high‐potential channel partners aligned to Bytes’ growth strategy
  • Build an early pipeline through partner‐led opportunities
  • Enable partners to position Bytes solutions confidently and commercially
  • Create strong, trusted relationships that lead to repeat business
  • Work with marketing to drive focused, effective channel campaigns
  • Turn partner activity into measurable, sustainable revenue

Essential must‐haves

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Exposure to channel or partner‐led sales in an IT environment
  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies and the wider IT landscape
  • Confidence prospecting and starting new commercial relationships
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • A proactive, organised approach and a genuine appetite to learn
