Purpose of Role
If you're commercially driven, passionate about cyber security, and ready to help scale one of the industry’s strongest vendor partnerships, Bytes is seeking a CrowdStrike Sales Specialist to spearhead our go‐to‐market strategy with the global leader in endpoint, cloud, identity, and threat‐intelligence security.
In this role, you’ll be the specialist driving pipeline creation, net‐new logo wins, and expansion of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform across our customer base. Working closely with our sales teams, cyber specialists, vendor alliances, and CrowdStrike field teams, you'll play a pivotal part in taking our partnership and customer outcomes to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
Opportunity Creation & Growth
- Register opportunities early to secure a competitive advantage.
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and qualification.
- Drive net‐new logo acquisition through structured campaigns and co‐sell motions.
Customer Expansion
- Identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities across the full Falcon platform.
- Run targeted campaigns to deepen customer adoption across cloud, identity, AI‐driven security, SIEM, and more.
Enablement & Expertise
- Complete CrowdStrike training and maintain up‐to‐date product knowledge.
- Stay current on threat intelligence, technology updates, and partner programmes.
Partner & Internal Engagement
- Maintain regular presence in the CrowdStrike Reading office to support alignment.
- Collaborate on webinars, roundtables, and targeted co‐sell/marketing initiatives.
Governance & Reporting
- Provide clear reporting on pipeline, KPIs, risks, and activities.
- Support structured account planning and contribute to the annual Fair‐Value Review.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of software or cyber security sales experience (CrowdStrike experience highly desirable)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive negotiated outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft 365 applications
- Able to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and collaborate with both technical and commercial teams
- Solid understanding of cyber security fundamentals and awareness of broader IT landscapes (Modern Workplace, Cloud, AI, Data, Automation, etc.)
