Digital Growth Marketing Lead
Build a marketing engine that actually drives growth

The mission
Bytes is evolving how it goes to market. We are shifting from event-led marketing to a connected, campaign-led demand engine aligned to how B2B buyers buy. This role exists to make digital central to that shift. You will ensure our website, journeys and campaigns convert intent into qualified pipeline and clear commercial outcomes.
What you will deliver in your first 6–12 months
- Turn the website and digital journeys into a consistent source of qualified demand Increase conversion rates across key digital touchpoints
- Connect campaigns, digital activity and CRM to create clear pipeline visibility
- Improve lead qualification so Sales sees fewer, better opportunities
- Build a measurable link between marketing activity and revenue outcomes
- Bring structure and discipline to campaign execution and performance tracing
- Influence senior stakeholders to align around a demand-led model
What you need to succeed
- Strong experience leading digital or growth marketing with accountability for results
- Proven track record improving conversion, pipeline quality and revenue imact
- Deep understanding of web experience, user journeys and optimisation in B2B
- Experience working in campaign-led or demand-led environment
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing to sales outcomes
- Confidence working across CRM and marketing automation as part of an end-to-end model
