PURPOSE OF JOB:

To support the Microsoft 365 team in the definition, creation, and delivery of Professional Services for our customers. Initially this will be working on Intune consultancy projects, M365 Tenant to Tenant migrations/consolidations. However, we will deliver any Microsoft 365 projects that our customers need and so the projects will vary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the delivery of projects from pre-sales scoping to project planning and implementation
• Engage with the Service Delivery team to collaborate on future services that we can deliver to customers
• Designing and documenting customer solutions

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of migrations into M365 using various migration methods and tooling
• Intune Consultancy and/or customer workshops

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Excellent knowledge of M365 service offerings and products
• Experience with Intune Suite
• Excellent knowledge of design and onboarding devices to Microsoft Intune
• Experience with M365 admin portals
• Migrating on-premises GPO’s to Intune policies
• Good experience with the Microsoft Defender suite
• Good working knowledge of M365 Migration tools such as Quest On Demand, AvePoint Fly, BitTitan, Skykick, etc
• Experience with migrating and scaling M365 tenancies

Qualifications:

• MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate)
• MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)

Years of Experience

• 3+ years working with production workloads in M365

Other Requirements

• Experience delivering workshops and/or training to colleagues or customers
• Production experience with M365 (particularly around security with SC-200 and SC-300)
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint
• Scripting such as PowerShell
