Business Analyst (Manufacturing) Based in the Lisburn area, my client is a leading international manufacturing company who are market leaders in their field and who have the lowest turnover of staff that I have come across. They rarely recruit due to their excellent work environment, and they are seeking to recruit a Business Analyst who has a commercial background. On offer is a salary of £32,000 - £38,000, 33 holidays, pension, life assurance and a 1pm finish every Friday. My client is offering a secure, well paid and exciting job for the rest of your career. It is important to note that they do not work overtime and you will leave for home promptly on a dailybasis. Recent experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable. Role Business Analyst Provide on time analytical, commercial and decision support to the Commercial Team and other stakeholders. Support Operational and Production team with data analytics Build visual reports to allow the Commercial Team to interrogate sales data. Support power users to develop visual reports for operational/production data interrogation. Maintain and improve data used in the pricing process. Be responsible for the accuracy of product costing information, used as the basis for day to day sales decisions. Recommend actions by analysing, comparing and interpreting data highlighting and presenting any business insights. Person Business Analyst Strong analytical and communication skills Experience in Power BI or a similar visualisation tool Defining how commercial data is used within the company to drive business performance Good experience in developing SQL queries.
